My name is Jennifer and I have used salon shampoos and conditioners on my hair for thirty years, my hair is very thick and dry. Well while visiting North Carolina, I realized that I had left my shampoo and conditioner at home, I thought great I will never find what I use up here. I stopped at a local beauty salon and they were having a special on theTraite Shampoo and Frehair Daily conditioner, so I got it. When I used it the very first time I realized that I could not use anything else. I love it!!!! It is even great for my dry skin. I am so glad that I found your product.

My skin is extremely sensitive, especially to ingredients such as silicones (dimethicone, cyclomethicone, cyclopentasiloxane, silica, etc.) as well as mineral oil (liquidum paraffinum), talc, mica, and petrolatum (white petroleum jelly). I have tried everything from drug store brands to exclusive department store brands and nothing even comes close to working as well on my skin as Mastey Moiste Facial Moisturizer, nothing! I have been using it (at least) twice daily since 1997.

In addition, I have been using Mastey Traite Shampoo, Mastey Frehair Daily Detangler and Mastey Moisturee 1-Minute Moisturizer since 1996. So many products are full of silicones, fillers and fluff that don't seem to do anything except coat the hair and skin. Mastey's avoidance of silicones, talc, petroleum by-products, propylene glycol, glycerine, and other potentially unhealthy ingredients is why I am a devoted customer and tell everyone I know how great Mastey products truly are.

I would love if Mastey offered a facial serum.

I ordered the Mastey shampoo and conditioner for dry hair and I received my products yesterday. I washed my hair with them and noticed a difference in my hair already. I am excited because my hair is SO dry and I have tried everything on the market. I believe that the improvement in my hair will only get better with more use. Thank you so much!

These products are light years ahead of anything else. I started using Frehair, then added Restore, Liquid Pac, Designer, Moisturee, and HC Formula. Nothing works like Frehair - nothing. It is a wonderful detangler that leaves no residue at all on my fine-thin-limp-very-oily hair. The shampoos are precisely pH balanced, which (I believe) makes for happy scalp and less oil over-production. A Mastey representative advised me to try the Restore as a facial cleanser as well, and I have used it faithfully ever since. (You should see the reactions of cosmetic salespeople when I tell them I wash my face with shampoo! But then they don't believe my age either, so it must be working!) I would and do recommend these products to everyone. Also, the customer service is just wonderful. I have to buy online, as there are no Mastey salons here, and delivery is prompt with adequate packaging to prevent damage. Once I had a problem with UPS, and the Mastey customer service reps worked quickly and successfully to resolve the matter. I cannot say enough for this company - solid science, quality products, excellent customer service. If only my stylist would carry Mastey!

Freehair is a most unusual detangler as far as "creme rinses" go. Back in the day, a mothers only hope of detangling their children's hair was to use several cap fulls of what was known as "creme rinse." While it may have helped detangle hair, it was not effective for use by adult women who regularly colored, bleached, straightened or permed their hair. Most creme rinses left a coating on the hair which hair color and perm solutions could not penetrate evenly. Thereby creating unfavorable results. I remember when my mother's hair turned purple on the ends as the rest of the salon staff looked on horrified! The root area appeared to be fine as it accepted the tint as anticipated. There was very little build up on that 1 in. area. The ends were so coated that virtually only the base color could penetrate in the time alloted. The only thing they could do was to remove the build up and start over. Isn't it nice to know that FREHAIR will never cause any detangler residue buildup? I've found that even if a client does show signs of cosmetic weight buildup on their hair, Mastey has designed Le' Remouver to take care of that too! So "no worries!" If a client still feels they need to use a cap-full of Frehair, like the good old days, you can still save the day if you stick with Mastey.

I'm so glad I found your web site! Actually, I used to buy Mastey's Frehair Daily Detangler at one of my local RiteAid stores, but haven't been able to find it there in a few months. Oh how I miss my Mastey! I have very long thick hair that is extremely hard to comb through when wet. I literally spent about 20 years trying different products in search of THE ONE that would work for me. Thank goodness I picked up a bottle of Mastey off a shelf one day. My search was over (at least for the right product). Mastey detangler/moisterizer did wonders for my hair when all the products in all the salons and drug stores didn't deliver as promised. Mastey lets me comb easily through my wet hair, and leaves my hair feeling soft, silky and looking lustrous. Thank you, Mastey p.s. I have been using Freehair for at least fifteen years! I love that you can use a little or alot, leave it in or rinse it out, and there is never a heavy, waxy build-up. I love this product, but it is getting harder to find.

Frehair!Frehair!Frehair! It's really as good as it gets..The Best! My story...I remember Mastey in the 80s and always wondered about it, knew it was special, but continued to buy the drugstore varieties. Most conditioners left my hair limp and barely detangled and acutally straightened my fine curly hair. My hair is very fine that can be all curly, all straight, or a mixture depending on the weather...very hard to deal with. I usually just put up in a clip and forget it. Well a friend gave me a sample of mastey frehair and lets just say my hairs life could have been different all these years if I had just tried it back in the 80s. My hair was completely detangled (a miracle in itself) had tight ringlets and waves that did not fall after an hour they actually stayed for the whole day with natural body to boot. My fellow coworkers could not believe I did not get a perm, this was my own hair doing what it wanted to and I will be forever gratelful, Thankyou Mastey!
